Mobile First
We knew from the analytics that XX% of website visitors were viewing the site on their mobile devices. With that in mind, we prioritized creating a positive mobile user experience for all aspects of the website and its content. From simplifying the site navigation for a more intuitive wayfinding experience to intentionally designing content containers that mirror the aspect ratio of a smart phone display, we centered the experience of mobile website users in our redesign.
One of our first steps was to create an interactive mobile prototype of the new website, which we shared with project stakeholders, allowing them to experience the navigation and page designs on their phones. This on device testing and review process was a great way of getting feedback and buy-in from stakeholders.
Blogfore & After
Our redesign of the Travisso blog focused on creating engaging, informative content that resonates with potential homebuyers. By reimagining the blog’s structure and aesthetics, we ensured that visitors could easily find valuable information about homebuying and community life in Travisso. This strategic content overhaul not only enhances user experience but also strengthens Travisso’s online presence.
Custom Inventory Search Feed
At the heart of Travisso’s new website is a custom database designed to aggregate real estate listings from multiple builders within the community. Our team, led by our innovative website designer, Rodrigo Macazaga, developed a real-time inventory feed that updates daily, ensuring potential buyers can access the latest available homes at Travisso. Rodrigo developed a system that integrates XML inventory feeds from each builder daily, ensuring all listings are current and uniformly displayed. Additionally, this inventory system presents current home listings in multiple formats, including a daily inventory PDF with QR codes for convenient access on the go.

Sales and Marketing Materials to Support Homebuyers
We created comprehensive sales materials, including detailed brochures and a community map, to enhance the homebuying experience for Travisso’s potential buyers. These materials were designed to guide visitors as they explore the neighborhood, providing essential information at their fingertips. Additionally, we incorporated interactive QR codes, allowing prospective buyers to easily access up-to-date information and virtual tours directly from their mobile devices.
Social Media & Community Management
Our approach to managing Travisso’s social channels is to create a vibrant and engaging online presence that mirrors the welcoming and lively community of Travisso. Through thoughtful content creation and strategic planning, we highlight the unique features of our community, from luxurious homes and stunning natural surroundings to exciting events and resident stories.
By showcasing these aspects, we aim to foster a sense of connection and belonging among current residents while attracting new homebuyers who are looking for a place that feels like home. By translating the essence of Travisso into compelling digital content, we create an inviting virtual environment that potential homebuyers can explore and fall in love with.
