Our team at Seventh Scout is growing! This summer, Seventh Scout welcomed Maggie Greiner as she moved from an intern to a full-time team member. During her internship, Maggie worked primarily behind the scenes assisting the Seventh Scout team on social media, community engagement, and content creation. While many of our clients had the opportunity during that time to meet Maggie, we want to introduce our newest full-time Scout formally!

Maggie Greiner - Social Media & Community Manager
Hi y’all! I’m Maggie Greiner. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. I am the youngest of three, with two older brothers. All three of us attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. While in school, I studied advertising and business. As soon as I got into the details of my course work, I quickly realized how connected advertising is with social media. That connection and my relationship with Lynn led me to seek out career mentorship on what direction I should take my career once I finished school. Lynn offered me an internship position working with Emily in paid advertising and social media marketing. Once my internship began, I immediately dove into community engagement. My internship offered me a lot more responsibility than I had originally thought. However, I enjoyed it because of how much I learned and how much I grew in my knowledge of social media as a tool in marketing.
Following my internship, I was offered a full-time position with Seventh Scout to continue my work in community engagement and social media. In my role, I schedule content, and I work on social optimization for all our clients. This includes engaging with industry leaders and client customers through social media. I also assist in content creation and promotion.
My interests have always been centered on the ‘why, how, what, and who’ of brands. I am excited to continue feeding my passions through managing the social media engagement of our clients at Seventh Scout.

Outgoing, Kind, and Hardworking!
What led you to this career?
I reached out to Lynn for mentorship, and I asked her for some recommended jobs or internships, and she led me straight to Emily, who I interned underneath for a year.
What's the best thing about Austin so far?
The food!
What's the next thing on your Austin to-do list?
I want to ride on one of the retro boats on Lady Bird Lake.
What's the best advice you were ever given and who was it from?
My mom has always told me to treat others how you want to be treated.
What are you currently excited about in your job?
I’m excited to learn more and add more things to my plate so I can help out wherever I can.
