They had a very basic, one-page website that wasn’t aging well and didn’t offer a lot of value as an internet destination. In their words, they wanted their new website to be “a step toward the customer.” On the surface, that may not seem like a big deal. But the genuine sentiment behind that is huge. They wanted their new website to be competitive in the digital landscape on all fronts — visual appeal, usability, performance, search engine visibility, and an easier way to order their delicious food.
